NTM Capital is seeking to take advantage of the investment opportunity in Ireland through the development of sites in prime locations or by acquiring existing assets in need of refurbishment. The founders have substantial experience in transaction origination and execution in the sector and align our interests with our investors. The current portfolio includes secured sites in the planning process across Dublin, Cork and Galway suitable for the development of 1,400 beds.
