FTSE 100

Lloyds Banking (LLOY) – meets all the capital benchmarks set out for the purpose of the European Banking Authority stress test.   

Barclays (BARC) – Barclays has passed the EBA EU-wide stress test with an estimated CRD IV Transitional Common Equity Tier 1 ratio, on a comparable basis to other EU banks, of 8.2% under the EBA’s adverse stress scenario.

Anglo American (AAL) – announces the delivery of first ore on ship from its Minas-Rio iron ore project in Brazil, within the targeted budget. 

FTSE 250

Renishaw (RSW) – revenue growth experienced in the first quarter is expected to continue into the second half of the financial year.

Petra Diamonds (PDL) – Production for Q1 FY 2015 was up 2% to 833,744 carats the highest quarterly production in the company’s history.

Partnership Assurance Group (PA.) – announces that it has received confirmation from the Financial Conduct Authority that the regulator has discontinued its investigation in relation to a distribution agreement and that no further action will be taken at this time.

Small caps

Ubisense (UBI) – has been awarded a six-figure contract by one of the world’s biggest off-road vehicle manufacturers, to use Ubisense’s Smart Factory technology at one of their plants in the US.

Earthport (EPO) – has signed a contract with the United Nations Federal Credit Union. The agreement is in implementation phase and the service is expected to go-live by the end of the year.

Solid State (SOLI) – Results for the six months will, as expected, be significantly ahead of the equivalent period in 2013 and are consistent with market expectations for the year as a whole.

Amino Technologies (AMO) – as secured a contract to provide its new A150 IPTV set-top box to a leading European network operator.

Synetics (SNX) – now anticipates that underlying profit for the second half of the financial year ending 30th November 2014 will be significantly below market expectations of £5 million, though still positive.
