The price of shares in FTSE 250 miner and processor Ferrexpo (LON:FXPO) has dropped by 3.58% to 261.60p (as of 12:30 BST) despite the company posting a 10.8% rise in pellet production during the second quarter of 2019. This improvement in production consisted entirely of higher iron content pellets as production of lower grades declined.

Sales volumes during the first half of the year are expected to rise by 4% with average realised prices up by 29% relative to the same period of the prior year.
