Churchill (LON:CHL) was indicating a decision over its ROI spat by this morning. Nothing has emerged. So it also sinks. I have got enough. However, it is fair to speculate that if the decision were adverse ICSID would have issued it by now. Shades of Oxus all over again.

In view of my conduct as a leading blight of the South Oxfordshire Women’s Netball League in the early ‘sixties, I am mightily relieved that the Hon Sec ran off to Brazil in the 1970s having destroyed all the records. Otherwise some seeker after truth would have recruited leading counsel by now. Also, unlike the FA, there never was any money in the bank.
