Aeorema Communications +12.60%

Aeorema Communications has today reported a 97% increase in half-year pretax profit to £225,941, up from £114,460 a year ago. The aim listed agency also posted revenue of £1.8m compared to £1.7m. 

Richland Resources +11.11%

Gemstone specialists Richland Resources have today signed a memorandum of understanding with Kibaran Resources. The understanding now means the company’s graphite assets can be merged.  

Serabi Gold +10.26%

Gold miner Serabi Gold has today revealed positive results from its drilling programme at its Sao Chico project. The five-hole drilling programme has revealed an array of high-grade precious metal.  

Amedeo Resources +103.13%

Amedeo Resources shares have sharply climbed this morning after the AIM-listed company reported Jiangsu Yangzijiang Offshore Energy can build two new drilling platforms after reaching a conditional agreement. 

RSA Insurance +4.95%

RSA Insurance is currently leading the FTSE 100 risers after the company announced Stephen Hester as CEO with immediate effect. 

 

Fallers: 

Hargreaves Lansdown -6.35%

Shares in Hargreaves Lansdown have dropped sharply this morning despite posting a surge in profit and revenue. The investment broker reported a 13% increase in half-year net profit to £80.3m, up from £70.8m last year. Revenue for the company was reported at £158.4m, a 13% increase. 

24/7 Gaming Group Holdings -29.03%

24/7 Gaming Group Holdings has today announced its non-executive director, David Mathewson, is to step down from his role to take on an executive position at the company.  

West African Minerals -13.34%

West African Minerals has revealed they are to issue 52,797,738 new ordinary shares at 7p each in order to raise around £3.7m. The capital raised will be used in the development of the Binga license zone.
