FTSE 100 Morning Update

On Thursday, Pearson (LON:PSON) topped the FTSE 100 after shares rose by 7.84% to 605p. Aviva (LON:AV.) and ITV (LON:ITV) were in second and third place as they both posted results.
Glencore (LON:GLEN) hit the opposite end of the list after releasing half year figures with shares down by 8.08%.
This morning, we will see interim results for Standard Life Aberdeen (LON:SLA) and finals from Hargreaves Lansdown (LON:HL.).
