MPAC (LON:MPAC) reports indifferent performance. But the surplus on the pension funds is c. £30m and the site at Monks Risborough may yet achieve planning permission. Given that there are only 20m shares in issue TNAV could be a striking 400p. This leaves MPAC a screaming buy at under 150p.
