The BBC are now disclosed as having failed to apologise to Paul Gambaccini. Some copper decided to charge him with paedophilia when the allegedly grieved pair were on the other side of London. As a result Mr Gambaccini had his career destroyed for years.
Further, Lord Hall has yet to apologise for the BBC’s appalling behaviour. We pay for this bunk.

It is time to short Alfa (LON:ALFA). This is currently 125p and should be more like 75p. Apparently it is poorly managed. However, it is hard to borrow.

Also nicely coming back is Victoria (LON:VCP). This is taking much longer than I ever remotely expected. It is now 430p. But the balance sheet is thin and should not disappoint. I could go on about VCP, but the last time I did this, a heavyweight firm of lawyers in Clifford Street started giving grief. And the editor banned me. For some years he has been proved sensible. No longer, methinks.

Finally, rush to get on Cross Counter at 8/1 for tomorrow’s Melbourne Cup (4.00 a.m.).

Where we might differ is that if the product works, I think 80-90 is a good entry point.
I’d have preferred the horse tip before it won. Any chance you can give tips a day earlier next time.
Your comments on the powers that Beeb are spot on.
As for Marr, maybe he could do his schtick on
one of those low octane jewellery channels on Freeview.
Damn the lawyers and keep up the good work.
