IG Design up as it posts solid growth

AIM-listed stationery designer IG Design Group (LON:IGR) climbed by 12.74% to 469p (as of 15:30 BST) after it said that reported revenues for the six months ended 30th September would be up by around 40%. Most of this is accounted for by the firm’s CSS Industries arm and revenues from the rest of the business were down by 8.3%.

Management said that, while COVID had impacted the business, customer orders were 80% of full-year forecasts and preparations were on track for the Christmas period.
