FTSE 250 housebuilder Vistry Goup (LON:VTY) saw its share price climb 3.13% to 890p (as of 15:35 GMT) after announcing that it will consider reinstating the 2020 dividend. The group said that trading had remained strong since its November update and scheduled completions for December were at a normal level.
