RSA Insurance (RSA) – has reached an agreement, subject to regulatory approvals, to sell the insurance business of each of its branches in Singapore (RSA Singapore) and Hong Kong (RSA Hong Kong) to Allied World Assurance Company. Assuming each transaction completes (and subject to the adjustments described below), RSA will receive aggregate consideration of approximately £130m payable in cash.
London Stock Exchange (LSE) – adjusted profit before tax up 26% at £129.8 million for the three months to June, profit before tax of £83.6 million.

Bank of Georgia (BGEO) – Profit for H1 2014 increased to GEL 112.0 million, up 17.7% y-o-y.
Hellermann Tyton (HTY) – Underlying EBITA of €45.4 million in the six months to June, up 12.9% in constant currency (7.7% at reported rates), and operating profit of €40.9 million. Interim dividend of 2.82 cents per share.
Small caps
Sefton Resources (SER) – posts a total loss for the six months to June of $959,000.
Connemara Mining (CON) – has recently been awarded Prospecting License 3313 in County Kilkenny.
Snoozebox (ZZZ) – is delivering a 160 bedroom portable hotel for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™, taking place in Normandy, France from the 23rd August to the 7th September 2014.
AGA Rangemaster (AGA) – first half loss before tax fell to £0.3 million from the loss of £2.4 million in the first half of 2013. On track to show strong profit before tax growth (after pension and finance costs) for the full year.
Phorm (PHRM) – Losses after taxation $23 million in the six months to June. Raises £2.4 million for general working capital purposes.
