AIM-listed advertising firm The Mission Marketing Group (LON:TMMG) has announced the disposal of its Broadcare business for £4.4 million. The board determined that Broadcare was not a core part of the company’s strategy due to its specialist nature in providing software to track and report on continuous care.
Chairman David Morgan commented: “Since creating fuse last year, we have taken a close look at the innovative products within the Group to determine how best to maximise value from them. We are delighted to see the crystallisation of significant value from our first product and wish Nicola Joyce and her team every success with CHS“.
Shares in The Mission rose by 4.17% to 56.25p (as of 12:25 GMT).
