FTSE 250 contracts-for-difference specialist Plus500 (LON:PLUS) saw its share price increase by 4.12% to 1,290p (as of 13:45 BST) after saying that customer activity has remained heightened since the end of the first quarter. High levels of volatility and increased numbers of new customers have contributed to first-half revenues remaining at record levels.
Management said that full year revenues and profitability were on track to exceed the current consensus forecasts.
