The price of shares in FTSE 250 retail firm Frasers Group (LON:FRAS) decreased by 5.46% to 422.80p (as of 15:15 GMT) after it offered a £50 million emergency loan to Arcadia Group. The firm has provided draft terms and is awaiting a response to its proposal.
If Arcadia does enter administration, management said that Frasers Group would be interested in taking part in the sales process.
