Vanadium miner Bushveld Minerals (LON:BMN) has announced that production has been halted at one of its primary assets due to unprotected industrial action. The strikes are linked to compesation and legacy issues at the Vametco mine that management say pre-date their acquisition of the facility.
Management said that they would discuss an employee share ownership plan with union officials next week and hoped that staff would return to work and operations would resume swiftly.
Shares in Bushveld Minerals dropped by 2.22% to 22p (as of 14:50 BST).
