Shares in AIM-listed podcast specialist Audioboom (LON:BOOM) rose 9.33% to 243.25p (as of 14:40 GMT) as it brought in advisers to carry out a strategic review of the business. The review will consider all options to maximise shareholder value up to and including the possible sale of the company.
There are no offers currently on the table, but management will inform the markets if any are received and on the results of the review.
