Evil Diaries: Spoofing

History’s leading spoofers have grasped the central point that to get a lie believed it must be as big as possible. Labour have only been in power for a month and, blow me down, they offer a really big lie. They claim that they did not know until taking office just how serious the nation’s finances are.

Pantheon (PANR) has had a hefty fundraise at 17p. This is surely the bottom. The target price is way past 100p.

Events are moving on at IDS (IDS). Seemingly, holders of about 20% of IDS reckon that Kretinsky should pay rather more than the 370p agreed with the board of IDS. But the IDS board had to agree to 370p at the time since the end of the lunatic Universal Service Obligation had not been formally adopted.

But, apparently, it is open to Ofcom to call for an end to the lunacy since they think (how could anybody think otherwise?) that wasting vast numbers of man hours to no discernible effect is essentially silly. If this improvement (or application of common sense, if you will) proceeds the CWU’s members get more for their shareholdings and Kretinsky is saved waiting for the inevitable. It is therefore possible that the eventual offer for IDS might prove to be 500p per share.
